At Craftacle, every product is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. Due to the nature of handmade items, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair while maintaining the integrity of our work.

 

 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The request is raised within [3–5 days] of delivery.

Proof (clear photos or videos) is provided.

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

 

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or personalized orders.

Made-to-order items.

Items purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged).

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to the handmade nature.

 

 Refunds

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

 Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or incorrect items.

Replacement items will be shipped after approval of the request.
 

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error from Craftacle (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

In other eligible cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.

 

 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within [12–24 hours] of placing the order.

Once the item has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
