Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Reshipping charges will apply.

Craftacle is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [3–5 days] of delivery with photos

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in contacting the courier; however, resolution depends on the shipping provider.
 

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders with multiple items may be shipped separately depending on availability or production timelines.
